Users must be 18 years or older.
By selling a device, you confirm that you are the legal owner.
Online quotes are estimates; final offers may change after in-person inspection.
Sell Mobile Phone reserves the right to refuse any device at its discretion.
Government-issued ID (self-attested).
Indemnity bond if requested.
Excellent: No scratches/dents, battery >90%, under warranty, full box & accessories.
Good: Minor scratches, battery >80%, only original manufacturer repairs.
Fair: Noticeable wear, battery <80%, repaired device.
Devices must not violate intellectual property or ownership laws.
Sell Mobile Phone is not responsible for unauthorized sales of stolen or restricted devices.
Sellers must delete all personal data before sale.
Sell Mobile Phone and buyers are not liable for any remaining data.
All sales are final. Once a device is sold, no returns will be accepted.
Devices obtained via government or NGO-funded programs are not eligible.
Sell Mobile Phone reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
Suspicious or fraudulent transactions may be canceled at our discretion.
Use of our service for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited.
